Members of Omnia’s PRO service are getting some upgrades to maps and some new perks starting this month.
Navionics and Boat Ramps in PRO Maps
Depth contours within Omnia PRO map layers are getting a big upgrade in the form of Garmin Navionics. Now users can access Navionics maps directly within Omnia Fishing’s app, without the need for a separate subscription.
Navionics maps provide detailed bathymetry on more than 44,000 lakes and rivers across the US, with contours as fine as 1ft, making them especially useful for locating productive fishing areas. The maps are updated daily by Garmin to ensure category leading accuracy.
Also in the app, we’ve added information on boat landing to make it easier to plan your next outing. Easily find which access points are available for a given body of water, get basic info on facilities and driving directions from your phone.
